about

When I look back at the images from my childhood, I see what I looked like, a little blue eyed, blonde haired girl with a button nose.  I see my favorite clothing and my favorite people standing beside me.  But, there are a few photographs, taken by my father that I can’t get out of my head.  Through them I can see a little glimpse of who I was.  I see the way my father saw me, and I see the same mischievous sparkle in my eye that my oldest son has in his.  They are unspeakably beautiful and real to me.
I am passionate about photography, and specifically about my photography business.  I love to shoot for clients almost as much as I love to photograph my own family.  Sometimes I meet a client and make an instant friendship, and I love that.  Other times, we make a connection that’s strong, but not immediate, and I love that, too.  A strong connection always leads to beautiful images and renews my passion for what I do.
I’ve been told I have a calm presence, especially when I’m behind the lens.  That doesn’t surprise me.  Photographing has felt “right” to me since the first time I picked up a camera.
My style is fresh and intimate and real.

Hi Kirsten,
I’m not sure why it isn’t working, but I found that if I put http://wynonarobison.com/blog/?feed=rss2 into my blog subscriber, it works (instead of blog.wynonarobison.com).

Thank you for saying something!

This is random, I know. My name is Lauren. My daughter Norrah has Wolf-Hirschhorn Syndrome or 4p-. Before her diagnosis I thought she had Cri Du Chat (for many reasons one of which being that she had a cat like cry from birth). Anyway… I have become interested (if not obsessed) with chromosomes lately and particularly have a passion for kids with 5p- and 4p- like Norrah. Somehow, found your photos. And I wanted to tell you that you son is beautiful. Absolutely.

That’s all. :)
